2006 MIJC Chaplain- Jamie Coker

This is a continuation of the program that Randy Lewis introduced last year.  This program is open to all members.  Each quarterly convention, a person will be selected to present an inspirational invocation at the beginning of the lunch program.    The winner will be chosen based upon their submitted invocation.  All submissions must be mailed or e-mailed to me by the books due date for each quarter.    The person chosen to communicate the invocation will receive a complementary Fellowship Breakfast for use at that convention.  Guidelines for the challenge are as follows:

1. Submit the written copy of your invocation to the Chaplain along with this cover sheet by the date that books are due to the Service Center.
2. The invocation should be no longer than about a minute in length or up to two double-spaced pages.
3. The invocation may be thought provoking, inspirational or motivational.   Please try to remain non-denominational.
4. The quarterly winner will be notified prior to convention.
5. The quarterly winner must be available to deliver the invocation at that convention.
