Greetings Michigan Jaycees –
Congratulations on taking the office of Management Development Vice President. I’m truly looking forward to the great things each of you will accomplish in 2006.
As Management Development Vice President, each of you has the opportunity to develop solutions to the problems affecting your Chapter, and to improve the status of our organization within your local community. From our perspective, many of the tasks that lie ahead can be aligned with the four commissions of the Management Area of Opportunity. You will notice that I have chosen to focus my Program Managers into these four commissions, as well.
There will be many changes, and a few challenges, in the year ahead. Together with President Smith and the 2006 MIJC Management Team, I hope you will make the most of your term as Vice President.
