MAKING MEMBERSHIP PERSONAL
Welcome fellow Membership Vice President’s,
Are you ready for a great year? I am very confident that 2006 will be a year for a turn around in the membership area. Our goal this year is to make Membership Personal. I want each and every one of you to get to know your members. I will personally be calling your new members and I hope you also will take that extra step in personalizing your membership.
For those of you, who might be a little nervous about your new position, don’t be. My membership team and I will be there for you. The membership area is what makes the chapter work. It is truly a very fun area. You will be given the tools and trainings to make your position a little easier. Communication will be a priority in 2006.
I will be stressing the Springboard & Degrees program and the Buddy system this year. It is very important that we not only get new members but that we activate them right away.
Once again I would like to thank you for stepping up and taking on the challenge of the Membership area. Please see to it that you are making your membership more personal. Trust me, you will see an increase in retention and people will want their friends to join. I am looking forward to the 2006 year with each and every one of you. Let’s make our mark in 2006.
