The position you were elected or appointed to serve in, is one of importance and should be treated as so. You are the official record keeper of your chapter for this year!
I have created a sample General Meeting Agenda as well as minutes using the same agenda. These are templates, created in Microsoft Excel, and can be easily edited to fit the needs of your chapter. Customize them and put your local chapter spin on things.
Take a look at the incentives as well. I would like to see each of you attempt and complete them each quarter to be recognized for your efforts. I look forward to working with all of you and helping you in any way I can.
