Make a Difference Day
    

Make a Difference Day, the largest national day of helping others, is sponsored by USA WEEKEND Magazine and its more than 500 carrier newspapers. Make A Difference Day is held in partnership with the Points of Light Foundation on a Saturday, typically in October.

Join the thousands of men and women across the nation who are taking one day out of their busy lives to impact their community. This is also a prime time for you to promote your chapter and let the public know how much the Jaycees make a difference 365 days a year!

The plan is simple.
      

 Run a project either on, or culminating on the date for this year. Report the project to both the National Service Center and the official Make a Difference Day staff.

Make A Difference Day is sponsored by USA WEEKEND Magazine and its more than 560 local newspapers, in partnership with the non-partisan Points of Light Foundation and with the support of MindShares, a national resource for civic leadership.
