The Cadillac Jaycees, a not-for-profit organization founded in 1954, are a group of young adults ages 21-40 who are focused on building leaders. Leadership building begins with members improving their community through volunteering and community service, as well as developing their personal and professional skills, and having fun. The Jaycees offer a wide variety of opportunities from social opportunities, business networking, community service opportunities, and opportunities for building professional, personal, and leadership skills.
People join our group for a variety of reasons. Some of them include: - meeting new people, and finding social opportunities - finding volunteer and community service opportunities and wanting to make a difference in their community - networking their business - developing leadership, career, & personal skills - having fun
